- Prohibition for the employer to prohibit employees from performing another earning activity (parallel employment) - The employer cannot prohibit the employee from performing another earning activity outside the employee´s working time. This restriction does not affect the prohibition of competitive activity.
- Provision of information by the employer to the employee - The employer is obliged to provide the employee with information in written form, but also in electronic form, provided that the employee has access to the information within the electronic communication.
- Change in the assessment of successive employment relationships - The duration of the employment relationship for the purposes of this Act also includes the duration of the previous employment relationship, which is immediately followed (on the next working day) by the duration of the new employment relationship.
